Designated points of contact for the Working Group on Cooperation and Confidence-Building Measures in Cyberspace are updated as needed by OAS member states.  The Technical Secretariat automatically generates a user account based on that information.

Many of the training related to cyberdiplomacy are offered through an official request for nomination to the OAS/CICTE national points of contact.  For those events that are open for registration, invitations are usually distributed through our mailing list or promoted on our official Twitter account @OEA_Cyber. 

Only the officially designated members of the Working Group on Cooperation and Confidence-Building Measures in Cyberspace can have user access to the portal.
